1 Adult and 2 Children 12 years and under, on a sleeper couch, will be charged the single room rate including Breakfast for a maximum of 2 Children.
1 Adult with 3 Children will be charged the Double room rate including Breakfast for Children.
The ages of the children as at the date of check-in at the Hotel i.e. a child 12 years, 11 months will fall in the category “12 years and under”.

0 – 2 years - No charge
3 – 12 years - 50% of adult rate
13 years + Full Adult rate

Cancellation Policy:

If the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
If cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
A 10% admin fee will be retained for cancellations made after the card has been charged.

Deposit Policy

For all bookings made within 30 days of travel
Full payment Is required within 48 hours of your booking. This payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card (Master/Visa).
For all bookings made more than 30 days of travel
A 50% deposit Is required within 48 hours of your booking and the balance 30 days prior to arrival. This payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card (Master/Visa).

Welcome Centre		The Valley of Waves
The Welcome Centre is located at the entrance to the Entertainment Centre. It offers services ranging from booking and confirming bus tickets, flights, car hire, game drives and all other adventure activities. Computicket is also located here for theatre, cinema and concert tickets.		The Valley of Waves is the central feature of Sun City. It is one of the most advanced water parks in the world, dominated by the Roaring Lagoon, a wave pool with a palm-fringed beach. All Resort residents enter the park free of charge by presenting their resident cards. Day visitors pay an entrance fee to the park.
The Entertainment Centre
The hub of entertainment and gaming at Sun City, the Entertainment Centre has a variety of restaurants and bars, a kid's games arcade, cinema and the well known Superbowl which has hosted world famous artists. A number of stores can be found here to suit your every need. The slots only Casino is also located at the Entertainment Centre and offers the latest in Smart Card operated machines.
Health Spa

This ultra luxurious health spa is located at the Gary Player Country Club and is the perfect setting to relax and enjoy a wide range of hair and beauty treatments, hydro bath, Vichy Shower, spa-pool and steam room. The fully equipped gym also offers personal trainers.		The Royal Salon is located on the second floor of The Palace of the Lost City Hotel. A top team of stylists are on hand as well as beauty therapists for manicures, pedicures and facials. Massages are offered either at The Palace Pool Deck or in the comfort of your room.
Golfing
The Gary Player Golf Club \| Course		The Lost City Golf Club \| Course
The Gary Player Country Club overlooks the magnificent Gary Player Golf Course. This world renowned course was designed by Gary Player, and is the home of the Nedbank Golf Challenge, an annual golf tournament held at the resort. This is an 18 hole, par 72 walking course, with a 5km running trail along the course. The Gary Player Country Club incorporates a Pro Shop, a health spa and gymnasium, two squash courts and a spinning studio.		This state-of-the-art clubhouse is a short walk from The Palace of the Lost City. The Lost City Golf Course was also designed by famed South African golfing figure, Gary Player. This spectacular par-72 course is a cart course, features a water hazard of 20 live Nile crocodiles on the 13th hole and offers facilities such as a driving range, and golf Pro Shop.

The Crystal Court

Exquisitely prepared international cuisine, the Crystal Court is surrounded by towering floor-to-ceiling windows, which provide an excellent view of the tropical jungle and shimmering waters. The Gold room, a small room inside the Crystal Court room where you can privatize for dinner. Live piano and entertainment on weekends.

The Tusk Bar Lounge

Hand-carved teak tusks soar above this beautifully designed lounge to provide a casual, relaxed atmosphere for drinks. There is live piano music in the evenings.
