Accommodation

We can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. Tambuti Lodge consists of five luxury suites all fitted with contemporary furnishings. Surrounded by striking Tambuti Trees, all suites are air-conditioned with en-suite bathroom equipped with twin hand basins, bath, indoor and outdoor showers, separate toilet, complete with a private outside patio.

From Gauteng:

• Travel along the N4 and take the R510 right to Sun City.
• From the gate of Sun City continue travelling in the direction of Rustenburg for approximately 4 km on the R565.
• At the stop street, turn right
• Travel approximately 30km on the Madikwe road
• You will find the entrance of Black Rhino Game Reserve on your right hand side. It is a tar road all the way to the entrance.

On arrival at the Black Rhino Reserve gate, please state that you are staying at Lodge Number 15 – Tambuti Lodge.

Rates Exclude:

• Conservation fees of R250.00 per person per night and  R115 per child (5 - 9 years) per night
• Black Rhino Game Reserve entrance fees of R195 per person (Once off) 

Child Policy:

Check-In and Check-Out Policy:

• Check in is at 13:00
• Check out is at 11:00 
• The lodge cannot accommodate early check ins. Please ensure that your transport to and from the lodge is arranged timeously to coincide with our check-in and check-out times.

• 50% cancellation fee if cancelled 30 days and less prior to arrival.
• 75% cancellation fee if cancelled 14 days and less prior to arrival.
• 100% cancellation fee if cancelled 7 days and less prior to arrival, or no show.
• All reservations, amendments or cancellations are valid only if advised and accepted in writing.

No Show

• Non-arrivals will be subject to 100% of the rate for the entire period of the reservation

Deposit Policy

For all bookings made within 30 days of travel
Full payment Is required within 48 hours of your booking. 

For all bookings made more than 30 days of travel
A 50% deposit Is required within 48 hours of your booking and the balance 30 days prior to arrival. 

Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card (Master/Visa) or bitcoin.

Covid and Lockdown related Cancellations

Please note that no refunds will be given for any Covid and lockdown related cancellations. We will gladly move your booking to a later date.
All reservations, amendments or cancellations are valid only if advised and accepted in writing.
